Return and Refund Policy

At LEAP STUDIO, everything is handmade in small batches — which means a lot of time, care, and intention goes into each piece. Because we’re a tiny team (just one human, hi), returns or exchanges are not available at this time.

However, If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please email info@leapstudio.shop with your order number and a couple of clear photos within 5 days of delivery. We’re happy to offer store credit or a replacement, depending on availability.
