At LEAP STUDIO, everything is handmade in small batches — which means we put a lot of time, care, and intention into each piece. Because we're a tiny team (just one human, hi), all sales are final, and we’re currently unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@leapstudio.shop within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of clear photos. We’ll take it from there and do our best to make things right.
